| I have taken the role of brewers assistant for brewmaster Joseph Sullivan and brewmaster Matthew Van Dyke. We brew one or two 5 gallon batches per month. |
Remote temperature monitoring is being performed by an Alyrica Net Hatchet. The Hatchet turns the fridge on or off in order to regulate temperature. |
